Rinnovare Inspection produces a general property-condition record — a dated, photo-documented account of what the person using it observed. It is not a licensed home inspection.
The app does not evaluate building-code compliance, structural integrity, or the performance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other building systems. It does not produce findings of cause, fault, or liability. Where a licensed home inspection or an engineering assessment is required — by law, by contract, or by a lender — this record is not a substitute for one.
A report records observations and photographs. It does not certify the condition of a property.
Both need permission. Open Settings, find Rinnovare Inspection, and turn on Camera and Location. Location is optional — the app works without it, but photos won't carry a capture location, which is one of the things that makes a report harder to dispute.
No. Everything stays on your device. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics, and no advertising. Reports leave only when you export one yourself, to the destination you pick.
Exported PDFs go wherever you choose at export time. The app remembers the last folder you used. Inspections themselves stay in the app until you delete them.
Every photo is fingerprinted when it's captured, along with the time and — if location is enabled — where it was taken. The manifest at the end of the report lists those fingerprints, so anyone reviewing the report can confirm the photos haven't been altered since capture.
Yes. Address, tenant, inspector, date, and property details can be edited after an inspection is created. Every edit is recorded in the report's history, so the record stays honest about what changed.
