Contact Support

Email support@rrealty.us and include: your device and OS version — iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple TV, what you were doing, and what happened. For playback issues, tell us the exact title, the source it came from (your subscription playlist, a folder on your Mac, or a cloud drive), and roughly how far into it the problem appeared. We aim to reply within one business day. Support is included with your subscription — there is never a separate charge.

Getting Started

How do I add my playlist or subscription?

In the sidebar choose Add a subscription, then either paste your M3U/M3U8 playlist link or enter the server address, username and password from your provider (an Xtream login). Both work; use whichever your provider gave you. Marquee ships with no channels — you supply your own playlist from a provider you have an account with. Favourites and playlists follow the device you mark as Main Device in Settings, when you press Sync there; on Apple TV, add your subscription there.

How do I put my Mac movies on my iPhone or iPad?

Put the films in a cloud drive you already own — iCloud Drive, pCloud, Google Drive or OneDrive — and add that account under Settings → Cloud Movies on each device. Your films appear in the Cloud Movies section on all of them, and they stream from your account without downloading first. You can also play a film on your Mac and send it to an Apple TV with AirPlay.

Where does the TV guide come from?

From your provider. An Xtream login loads its guide automatically. For an M3U playlist, the guide loads when the playlist itself carries the provider's guide link (the url-tvg line at the top of the file) — most providers include it. Marquee has no separate field for a guide link.

How do I connect a cloud drive?

Marquee can play your own movies straight from cloud storage you already own — iCloud Drive, pCloud, Google Drive or OneDrive. Add the account under Settings → Cloud Movies and sign in once; your movies appear in the Cloud section with poster art, and they stream directly from your account without downloading first. Cloud Movies is on Mac, iPhone and iPad. Apple TV has no Cloud Movies section: play the film on one of those devices and send it to the Apple TV with AirPlay. Marquee reads your library only from the folders you point it at, and your sign-in stays in the Apple Keychain on your device.

Common Issues

A channel won't play or keeps buffering

Marquee reconnects automatically when a stream stumbles. If a channel never plays, test another channel from the same playlist: if others work, the problem is that stream on your provider's side. Provider outages, expired subscriptions, and overloaded servers are the most common causes and are outside the app's control.

A movie file shows the wrong poster or no poster

Rename the file closer to "Title (Year)" — for example, "His Girl Friday (1940).mkv" — and the library will re-match it on the next scan. Files that can't be matched still appear with a plain card and remain fully playable.

Rating-based parental blocking isn't blocking anything

Rating-based blocking needs your TMDb key (Settings → About → TMDb). Category blocking works without it.

Subtitles or audio tracks aren't showing

During playback, tap the captions button to pick embedded subtitle and audio tracks. For your own films, choose Load .srt… from the same menu and pick the subtitle file (Mac, iPhone and iPad).

Purchases & Refunds

Marquee is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly and yearly. One subscription covers iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV, and includes all updates and support while it is active. It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings. Billing and refunds are handled entirely by Apple: to request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. If the app doesn't appear on a new device, open the App Store, tap your profile, and check Purchased — make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
