Pay Rent
Two convenient payment options. Pay online 24/7 through PayPal or the tenant portal. Rent is due the 1st of each month with a 5-day grace period.
Choose How You Pay
Select the payment method that works best for you. Both options are secure and available 24/7. We strongly encourage setting up a recurring payment so your rent is always on time.
Use PayPal to send your rent payment quickly and securely. You can pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or debit/credit card. No PayPal account? You can still pay as a guest using a card.
When sending your payment, include your unit number and full name in the payment note (e.g. “Unit A — John Smith — March Rent”) so your payment is applied correctly.
Pay via PayPal →Standard PayPal processing fees may apply for credit card payments. Bank transfer and PayPal balance payments are free.
Log in to the secure tenant portal to pay by ACH bank transfer — the most reliable, fee-free option. Set up AutoPay and your rent is withdrawn automatically on the 1st of every month. Never miss a payment again.
First time logging in? Contact our office at (832) 445-4957 to receive your portal access credentials.
Log In to Tenant Portal →ACH transfers are free and post within 1–3 business days. Recommended for AutoPay setup.
Set Up AutoPay — Highly Recommended: Tenants who use AutoPay never pay late fees and maintain a perfect payment record. Log in to the tenant portal and enable automatic monthly payments — your rent is handled before you even think about it.
