Lease Renewal

Renewal offers are sent 60 days before your lease expires. Interested in renewing early? Contact us and we will discuss your options well in advance.

Move-Out Process

Provide written notice per your lease terms (30–60 days). We will schedule a pre-move-out walkthrough and discuss the security deposit return timeline.

Your Responsibilities as a Tenant

  • Pay rent by the 1st of each month
  • Maintain the unit in clean, good condition
  • Report maintenance issues promptly — don’t let small things grow
  • Keep renter’s insurance active throughout your lease
  • Comply with community rules and HOA policies
  • Notify us before making any alterations to the unit
  • Do not sublet without written approval
  • Appointments only — do not allow unauthorized access to the property

What Rinnovare Realty Covers

  • All bills paid — electric (~$320/mo), water/sewer ($60–80/mo), trash ($25–40/mo)
  • Pest control — professional service included
  • Weekly landscaping included
  • HVAC filter service every quarter
  • All structural and major system repairs
  • Appliance repair and replacement coverage
  • Annual interior refresh — paint, granite care, floor seal, deep clean
  • Annual property inspection included

Renter’s Insurance Required: All tenants must maintain active renter’s insurance with minimum $100,000 personal liability coverage throughout their lease. Upload your current policy to the tenant portal or email a copy to support@rrealty.us. The property owner’s policy does not cover your personal belongings.
